St. Patrick's is
a Catholic primary school located in the St. George area. It was
founded in 1862 and was originally staffed by lay teachers.
The Sisters of Charity and Sisters of St. Joseph provided the ministry
for the school from 1885 until 1986.
Since this time,
lay leadership under the direction of the Catholic Education Office, Sydney,
has led the school. In 2012, St. Patrick's has an enrolment of 378 students
with fourteen classes. |
